Great place! We loved that it was close to town! Cute apartment with full kitchen! Loved the hot tub at night! Byron was excellent with his hospitality! We will return!
We had booked original reservations back in January 2022 at another B&B that we stay at annually. Regrettably, there were “unforeseen issues” that spiraled out of control due to the sale of the condo we were supposed to stay at. My family had a reservation here at Eastwood so I gave them a call. All of P-Town was pretty much sold out for the Halloween weekend but Bob the manager was able to find a one bed room unit that was available for 5 nights. We gladly accepted and came right over. This place is PERFECT! While it’s way out on the east end away from the center of town, with no vehicle (we flew in on Cape Air), this little gem has served our need thus far. It’s clean, quiet and very well taken care of. It’s a bit outdated, but that adds to its Cape Cod charm. I’m glad we are able to stay here. Definitely 5 stars!! Thanks Bob!!
I stayed here for a weekend recently (off peak, shoulder season) and had a great stay! Really nice little 1 bedroom unit, nothing fancy but good design, pleasant decor, lots of natural light, well equipped little kitchen, good size TVs. Only complaint was the fold out sofa bed was not comfortable folded out - OK to sleep on in sofa form. They are apparently getting an inground hot tub soon. I would go back in the summer except, $$$. But nice place.
The new pool area, pool & hot tub are beautiful. I swam every sunny day, even in the 3rd week of September. The second ping pong table outside was a big hit also. The rooms are typical of many places in Ptown, but we noticed they are replacing & updating things. Eastwood provides a clubhouse (with games, ping pong & pool tables), outdoor pool & hot tub, parking, outside grills, and a full kitchen in every unit. The 1 bedrooms (most of the units) even have 1.5 baths! This combo of amenities is unique in Ptown ... and at a very reasonable price.

Sweet place, very comfortable. Walking distance to Provincetown. The management and staff are great. Promptly would provide any items we requested. Sandy at the front desk was amazing as I left some important items in the unit. The staff alerted her and she called us immediately however we were way out of town by the time we heard the message. She was kind enough to nicely package everything and send to me. Very trustworthy and honest!
Great location in Provincetown, pool and jacuzzi for relaxing and a short distance to commercial street for Restaurants and shows.
Lovely place to stay for Halloween Weekend. Great location. It was very clean and well supplied! Will stay again.
